Processing Time: 7 - 14 Working Days

Assistance Fee: Php 3,000

Visa Fee with Biometrics in Davao (to be paid at the Visa Center)

Single Entry: Php 2,898

Double Entry: Php 3,448

6 Months Multiple: Php 3,948

Over 6 Months Multiple: Php 4,998

Requirements

General Requirements

  1. Visa application form (signed, must be printed in A4 sized paper)
  2. Two passport sized colored picture with white background (must be taken within the last six months from the application (please don’t use color white blouse/blazer)
  3. Original passport (At least 6 months valid beyond intended stay)
  4. Original old passport (if not available, need to provide explanation letter)
  5. Copy of passport data page and emergency contact details
  6. Original & Copy of previously used Chinese visa (if applicable)
  7. Copy of roundtrip airline reservation
  8. Copy of hotel reservation and daily itinerary
  9. Original personal bank certificate (must have at least Php100,000 per applicant and must include account type, current balance, account, opening date, 6 months average daily balance and must attached original official receipt/debit memo/certification of waived fee from the bank)
  10. Original bank statement or certified thru copy of passbook for the last 6 months
  11. Copy of recent personal income tax return
  12. Copy of PSA birth certificate and or marriage certificate (if travelling with immediate family)
  13. Informed Consent Letter (for applicants under the age of 18)

Additional Requirements for EMPLOYEES

  1. Original employment certificate (must include applicant’s position, date hired, compensation, office address, landline numbers and e-mail address)
  2. Copy of PRC /IBP ID (if professional)
  3. Copy of company ID

Additional Requirements for BUSINESSMEN

  1. Copy of business registration from DTI or SEC
  2. Copy of business permit or mayor’s permit
  3. Copy of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)

Additional Requirements for RETIREE

  1. Copy of senior citizen card or retirement documents
  2. Original of PSA marriage contract (If travelling with spouse)

If the Company will shoulder:

  1. Guarantee letter from company
  2. Original bank certificate and bank statements of the company (last 6 months)
  3. Copy of business documents and ITR of the company

Other items to consider:

  1. All documents must be issued within 1 month upon application.
  2. Additional documents may be required by the embassy without prior notice.
  3. Personal appearance is not required (unless the Embassy request for it).
